At WanderCOVE, we take immense pride in the caliber of our offerings and assure a 100% warranty on our craftsmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We generally do not accept returns due to customer error like incorrect choice of sizes, styles, colors and so forth.

At WanderCOVE, we take pride in crafting high-quality clothing, graphic tees, 3D shirts, and personalized gifts that spark joy and adventure. We want you to love your Wandercove experience, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return and exchange policy for your complete satisfaction.

Reasons for a Refund:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • The print quality of the product is poor.
  • The final product is materially different than the image presented on the product page.

Please note:

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (incorrect size, color, etc). However, we’re happy to help with exchanges under our exchange policy below.

Refunds won’t be processed for size, design, or color discrepancies. However, we still support customers with the replacement, but please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee along with a small handling fee. The handling fee may vary depending on the type of product, such as Hoodie or Sweatshirt.

Refunds or free replacements are offered if the received product differs in size/image from the ordered one or if the website’s size chart is inaccurate.
For overall dissatisfaction, contact us for a resolution, prioritizing your satisfaction.

Note: Allow a 20% difference between advertised and actual items, considering potential color variations due to lighting or monitor displays during photo shoots.

In the rare event of any dissatisfaction, we typically handle the re-shipping of the item at our expense. We want to assure you that such issues are infrequent, but it’s important for you to be aware. Please rest assured that we are always here to address any concerns you may have.

You have a 24-hour window to cancel or modify your order from the time of purchase. This is because we ship once daily, and if your order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes until you receive it. At that point, if needed, you can return the item, and we’ll process a refund.

Please note that requests to cancel or modify orders using promo codes are not covered by the cancellation policy. Refer to the Coupon | Promo | Discount Codes section below for more details.
